Be responsible for the final technical solution and code quality. 👉Formulate development processes, norms and standards, and lead the breakthrough of key technologies. 👉Coordinate product, design and development and operation and maintenance resources, formulate reasonable project plans, ensure the product is iterated and delivered with high quality and efficiency. 👉Participate together in the research and resolution of difficult problems in the project to ensure the overall product can be smoothly implemented. 👉Be responsible for the establishment, management and training of the initial technical team. Guide engineers in their technical growth, create an open, collaborative and pursuit-of-excellence engineering culture, and enhance the overall combat effectiveness of the team. 👉Track the latest technological trends in Web3, blockchain, cryptography, etc., evaluate their application potential, and formulate medium- and long-term technical plans for the team.

👉Over 8 years of experience in internet or software industry research and development, and over 3 years of experience in technical team management. Have a complete experience in leading the development of complex products from scratch and successfully launching them. 👉Proficient in at least one backend development technology stack (Rust/Go/Java, etc.), and have extensive knowledge and practical experience in modern front-end, mobile, DevOps, etc. domains. 👉Proficient in architectures of security multi-party computation such as Tss-lib, gg20, familiar with cryptography, familiar with the characteristics of chains like ETH, BTC, SOLANA. 👉Proficient in business logic related to wallet deposit, withdrawal, risk control, and aggregation. 👉Skilled in goal decomposition, task advancement, risk control, and cross-team collaboration, and able to lead the team to achieve results in stressful and uncertain environments. 👉Excellent communication and expression skills, sense of responsibility, and self-motivation. 👉Sharp technical intuition, able to identify potential risk points at the beginning of scheme design.
